When will I be scheduled for the work?

Once you have paid for your session, we will reach out to you for scheduling, usually within 1 business day. Most sessions are completed within 1 week.

What information will I need to provide?

You will receive an email with a link to fill out an intake form. Be prepared to share photos of the property if we are doing remote work. You will also have an opportunity to share any history about the property that may be helpful or any situations within the property you want to make sure get addressed during the work.

Can I receive any service remotely?

Yes, all of our serices can be provided remotely for the same price.

Are there additional travel fees for in person work?
Arrow

Yes, if your project is outside of the Seattle metro area there are additional time and travel expenses. Contact us for a quote.
